About
A local entity carrying global operating experience.
Random Systems South Africa (Pty) Ltd is the local South African operating entity of the Random Systems group. It holds contracts locally, employs a South African team, and hosts systems inside the Republic.
Structure
Two entities, one clear division
Random Systems South Africa is supported by Random Systems Georgia — the affiliate that has operated the State of Georgia's national Game Analytics and Monitoring System (GAMS) as the government-appointed Selected Person for more than five years. Georgia provides design authority and methodology transfer. It does not carry out day-to-day delivery and it does not hold local case data.

Localisation
The local share grows
Sovereignty is not only about where servers sit. It is about where the skills, the employment and the supply chain sit.
Local employment: the analyst, engineering and operations functions are staffed in South Africa.
Local subcontracting for hosting, connectivity and independent security testing.
Graduate and internship intake into the analyst function, with structured supervision.
A commitment that the local share of work grows over the term of a contract, rather than remaining fixed at the level agreed at award.
