Yokow Quansah is Managing Director of Broadsmart (Pty) Ltd, an African ICT, digital platform and AI solutions provider that designs, builds and manages digital ecosystems for enterprises and government across the continent. He is also founder of Broadsmart LLC FZ in the UAE, the venture behind the iMonitor platform.

His work spans broadcast and connectivity infrastructure, identity and access management, and public-sector digital transformation programmes. He holds an MSc from the University of Manchester and a BBusSci (Honours) from the University of Cape Town. He brings local delivery and government-sector experience to the group’s regulatory technology platform.

Joel Chikapa-Phiri is Group Chairman of Known Associates Group, where his focus is capital raising and the structuring of project finance through both private and public mechanisms. He has more than three decades in film and media, producing or executive producing titles including Flame (Cannes Directors’ Fortnight, 1996), Kini & Adams (Cannes competition, 1997), Fools, Forgiveness and the Emmy-winning A Lion’s Trail.

He co-founded the Zimbabwe International Film Festival Trust and chaired the Sithengi Film and Television Market from 2003 to 2005. Since 2007 his business interests have extended into mining, energy, infrastructure and logistics.

Refilwe Monageng is founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Black Entrepreneurs Alliance, a South African non-profit that advocates for black-owned enterprises and for a broader base of black industrialists.

He is a regular commentator in national broadcast and business media — including eNCA, SABC News, Newzroom Afrika and CNBC Africa — on small-business policy, public procurement and late payment, energy costs and digital financial inclusion. He brings a transformation, enterprise-development and stakeholder-engagement perspective to the board.

Michael Hili is a Malta-based entrepreneur and investor working primarily in real estate development and advisory. He is co-founder, with Christina Hili, of Niche Ave, a luxury real estate brand operating across more than thirty locations in Malta — among them Valletta, Sliema, Mellieħa and Gozo — built on some fifteen years in the high-end property market. He also trades under MHAZT.

Based in Sliema and fluent in Maltese, English and Italian, he brings investment and Malta-market perspective to a group headquartered in the same jurisdiction.

Zaza Baramidze is a director of Random Systems South Africa, supporting the group’s regulatory technology work and its relationship with the Georgian operation behind the national Game Analytics & Monitoring System (GAMS).
